After the tornado outbreak in the Midwest this spring, the Propane
Education and Research Council (PERC) announced earlier this week it will
double its Propane Incentive Program for those farmers affected by the
tornadoes. Producers in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and Ohio who
were affected can apply from now until Dec. 31, 2024, and can earn double the
incentive amount for certain propane-powered equipment.
